Thank you for posting this. The one-shot function on my driver's window had stopped working (down only). When I watched this and realised how easy it was to take out the switch, I had a look and sure enough the switch was broken. Ordered a new one, ten minutes to fit it, all good. I had spent weeks trying various combinations of presses, thinking it was a software problem. This video has saved me a lot of hassle, so thanks.
@@medvemacko On mine, it was the base of the switch (which carries the actual switch) becoming separated from the top part (which carries the button). A press moves them apart enough to make the button fail to make solid contact. A plastic tag on the casing had broken. It’s the only thing that’s gone wrong in 100k miles, so I’m not complaining!
I've been putting this job off for months because the weather has been rubbish and I didn't want to spend half hour freezing taking the door card off. Thanks mate.

I have the same fault, the one-shot function of the driver's window doesn't work. It seems this is a manufacturing defect.
