If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Few months back I was 65kg and I used to feel so insecure because of my weight seeing other girls in my class so slim. One day I came across her videos and they changed me. I lost 5 kgs in a month and I did not exercise even daily, like whenever I got time I did them, imagine if I did her exercises for a month straight. I only watch her exercises and no other youtuber's. I love you videos emi. @@trixy-sx4uw I did not follow any diet. I just limited my consumption of sugar. I did her full body workout of 30 minutes.
Love all these food ideas, they all look so tasty and healthy ! I wouldn’t be able to cook them all myself in a week, too much effort 😂 but you are so lucky you have a helper to do this for you.
