I really wouldn't care if the shows were actually funny. Thos show is awfully unfunny & lame. They even added that laff track knowing a studio audience wouldn't even laugh at these terrible punchlines

okay, I was going to watch only a couple minutes, then I said "Maybe I will give it 5 minutes..." I am half way through now and I am LOVING seeing MC Lyte. Besides the point that she is gorgeous and aging like the sweetest wine, this show is cute and a nice fit for her. I nice comfortable enjoying watch. Vey easy to find yourself binge watching a whole season. So happy for you MC Lyte girl!!!

Its like i just saw my future i am in tears we have custody of my niece and nephew my sister just isnt strong enough to overcome her trauma I pray she will one day but this reassured me though stressed we are making the right decision and how I continue to live my life is very important for my niece and nephew's future as well IDK why i got that from this it was so random I came upon this show....

The creator of this show Bentley Kyle Evans is the Tyler Perry of the black sitcom he started out as a writer on The Martin show and created such shows as family time Barber shop bunch of other black shows
Family Time,Love that Girl, and In the Cut are three of Bentley Kyle Evans best shows to me.
The production style is very "House of Payne" makes the show look a bit outdated.. but i love the concept and storyline.
