My First Ever PERFECT Score on Geoguessr!! (25,000 Points)

- In this video, I got my first (and second) ever perfect scores on the Geoguessr world map. For whatever reason, I've literally never tried to do this, despite the fact that it's one of the primary ways to play the game. To prevent this from being a complete disaster, I've brought along friend and pro player Kodiak, who's an expert at moving games.

Awesome stuff really, it is amazing to see you playing moving on geoguessr and actually pinpointing instead of plonking quickly, and also Kodiak was amazing once again, he never disappoints. I'd love to see that as a series on the channel, with you and Kodiak 25king different maps and stuff. Thumbs up mate

Awesome to see you play moving 25k! Being from Melbourne I tried to get the quickest 25k possible on the Melbourne map and sped run it till i got on the leaderboard (super niche but hey it's easier to top a niche leaderboard than a common one lol). I find it a pretty fun combination of speed and accuracy and uses a really different skillset to no moving games.
Would love to see you 25k some Aussie maps!

This can actually be one of the most rewarding parts of Geoguessr imo but you have to have the patience for it!

Exactly my thoughts! It is how I usually play geoguessr. Rounds can be pretty long for sure but is so rewarding when you finally find the exact spot.

Woah, it would take me hours to find that place in Russia despite being able to understand what is written. Like, I knew there was a hydro power station there immediately, but the names on the signs are pretty obscure. Thumbs up for that you read Cyrillic, it's super useful skill for a lot of countries on geoguessr.

Place names are not mislabeled in the philippines, but as for japan the name of the municipality may appear either near the main town center, especially for cities, or for most municipalities and especially those that are mostly rural, you'll see the label near the center of the area covered by the municipality which can be pretty large.
I mean it was obvious that the town he was in was misplaced. The town name was just in a field and all the buildings were south of it
Id call that misplaced in the sense of it not being on the town itself but rather somewhere close to it. By misplaced I dont mean its wrongly labelled :)
@@KodiakGG You literally say mislabeled in the video, and I wouldn't say they're necessarily misplaced because the municipality doesn't necessarily have one main town center and can have multiple or none, they're not the names of towns they're names of administrative divisions.

This was so fun to watch, but very weird seeing you move around lol. Also I suggest you play an official map called "Africa". My best run is 21.7k and I'm not good at all so I'm sure it wouldn't be a challenge for you to 25k it. Loved the video, hope to see more soon!

It feels weird seeing the place you've visit a month ago on Geogussr. Hahaha
i hit 19k today, had a obv london eye so i got 5 k out of that, then japan, czechia, and two usa. Im a complete beginner lol

I still don't have a perfect score on diverse world 😂 no idea why, I prefer challenges more than scanning for ages haha for about 2 years the only 25k I'd ever had was the dumb test

Idk about everyone else here but I try to get a perfect score Every Single Round I play. So it's odd that this is the first time you've tried doing so.
why do you look to the ground ? cant you just look towards where the road is headed?
When laying out the compass to the north while looking down you will see the angle of the road as it is shown on the map so its much more exact
Hi zigzag. luckily you didn’t get any rural Japan round. Otherwise it could be harder than Russia and Ukraine.
Japan is actually one of the nicest countries in geoguessr when it comes to moving haha. A lot of info everywhere and ordered road system

I got 25k in US I used Google with some help but I did it it's 25k I'm a beast . 💪
