Noel, you are creating lifelong great memories for your family. We took our kids on a Qantas 747 to Fiji for a week when they were young. 30 years later they are still talking about that adventure.

Oh wow, that price including the captain and the chef is fantastic in comparison to several nights in a hotel. To get the excursions/trips to the islands and on a boat would then cost extra on top of that, not to mention eating out in restaurants and that looked quality what the chef was cooking. The views were unreal, such a treat. Those stingrays were huge! Really appreciate you trying new things and taking us along, with your family this time as well. Well done.

I lived and worked in the Bahamas for 5 years. It is really beautiful however if you are not a fan of the sun or water not much to do. It never gets boring looking at the color of the water and white sand beaches. Safe travels home with the family.

Beautiful ..... and nice boat! Tri-marans are nice, too. They have three hulls (the pointy bits). Bow is the front of the boat, the stern is the back.

The best time of my life was when I spent 5 years with my husband and daughter travelling on our sailboat. We visited over 50 countries but sadly never made it to the Bahamas. I now want to do it all over again.

Hi Noel, i noticed you have a background music problem. Sometimes its to loud. On mobile phones it gets a problem because it fights agains your voice.
I also dont think you need so many music. Under voice over its working good but under the scenes wher is direkt sound and you explaine things it makes it chaotik. I think this is the part your videos are strong because they feel real and positive. From the start you use to loud and much background music you create a distance to the viewer and this destroys the power of your videos. The best example is the beginning of this video.

Do you mix it yourself or du you make the sound / music mix on CZcams studio online and get your copyright free music there?

Haha! I couldn't help but be reminded of the movie "Captain Ron" when I saw this video. Although there, they only had a pilot for the sailboat, and no chef. That aside, this does look like a lot of fun. I guess it wasn't weird having two strangers in with the family, eh?

Going to look in to it for sure. Cruising is our preferred mode of vacay but like to try something different by times. Seems like a way to do some 'guided' adventuring.

11:49 - couple of years ago (pre-Covid actually) we spent fantastic week on Eleuthera - renting bungalo for a very moderate price. It was so cool. Pink sand beaches, crystal water, relaxing nature.... just as an Edem. again - LOVE Bahamas!
Hi Noel, Glad that you, the Mrs and the Children had a great time in the Bahamas, TBH I suggest you try coming here to the Seychelles for a comparison, you mentioned Navigare-yachting having branches, well there's one here as well as well as other yacht charters too. Working at our airport I have met people coming for a yacht charter also, not surprised there as well, in fact some people pay for hotels and yacht charter. It all depends on you. Another thing here is there are yacht charters that you can rent a yacht for a day, you get a skipper and crew, they take you around the island snorkeling and to the marine park, very nice and you can go to our neighbouring islands, set foot on the beach, some may have hikes also that can be planned. There's a comment you said in the video about the scenic view that you only see in post cards and travel magazins, well I'm also glad that you found out that you can experience it in real life too, Same thing you will find in the Seychelles also. I already knew it, of course. I hope the sunburn was not a big issue, always a good idea to bring sun screen or you might end up looking like a red boiled Lobster.😅the same thing rings true here in SEZ by the way.

Wow! What a holiday, what a gorgeous yacht! Noel, you did get me a bit worried at the start when you showed us "the pointy bit" and then sat in the "driver's seat", this is the "engine throttle thingy" and "buttons to press" - surely Noel is not going to set out to sea himself? Thankfully the yacht came fully equipped with crew and all home comforts. As you said, very affordable too. Thank you for taking us along.

Sands is a decent Bahamian beer. I like Bush Crack. Not a joke. It’s a Bahamian light beer but it doesn’t taste like a light beer. Just nice and crisp and great on a hot day.

What an amazing adventure! Made me a little melancholy because I was attempting to coordinate a similar charter, in Baja, for my husband (an avid sailor) and myself (I taught him how to sail!)

Had a similar experience with stingrays and black tip reef sharks on a day trip to Moorea from Tahiti with a day trip on a glass bottom boat.
If you ever go to Tahiti, strongly recommend Captain Tiana's tour on Moorea.
It was one of the best days of my life.

finally! You flew to Bahamas! I love that islands. There are so many interesting flights and airplanes. Try Eleuthera island. It is GORGEOUS place to enjoy some vacation and catch interesting planes!
Great vlog as always! Use SPF 50 at least! I had to remove a skin cancer thing on the left cheek. As a 12 yr old I was told to have a life out of the sunlight. Keep up the good work. Be safe!

The thing about yachting, cruising and long train trips, you can't change your mind if you get tired of it midway. I live on an island and can go to the beach any day I like by just walking 5 minutes, so that's enough for me.

Have done something similar in the Great Barrier Reef Queensland Australia , it was only a mono hull but had a great time and would do it again .
