Cathedral Eucharist with The Ordination of Deacons SUNDAY 30th June 2024

Welcome to the Cathedral Eucharist on the Fifth Sunday After Trinity with The Ordination of Deacons, Sunday 30th June 2024.
The Right Revd Libby Lane, Bishop of Derby, is presiding at the service, assisted by The Right Revd Malcolm Macnaughton, Bishop of Repton. The preacher is The Revd Prebendary Dr Isabelle Hamley, Principal of Ridley Hall College.
The music for the service is sung by the Boys and Lay Clerks of the Cathedral Choir. The Gloria is from the Mass of St Thomas by David Thorne and the setting is Missa brevis in C ‘Spatzenmesse’ (K220) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
