There are five OE part numbers (they fit all the 2011 and newer cars):- 4G0052133G = Four Rings logo 4G0052133H = Quattro (word) 4G0052133J = S// logo 4G0052133K = Four Rings & Gecko logo 4G0052133L = e-Tron (word) Anything thing else is 3rd party or fake.
All models have the puddle lights in the doors (as an option). If yours doesnt have them installed you still can see where they need to be retrofitted in the door. Look underneath and you'll see a square outline of where the light can be installed. You need wiring and coding though.
Did those projectors come with the adapter wires? I purchased some projectors but it looks like I need an adapter for the plugs to fit

I wanted to install them but I dont have puddle lights on my car. There is no hole for them, just filled plastic. Is there a way to cut it open?

You can cut it open, the outline of the hole is already visible in most models. You do need wiring and coding though.

My lights only stay on for a few seconds , is this normal?
i had this too from aliexpress for my audi but after half year of use it got a green color from the heat or something. It did not look nice anymore
