Welcome back FMJ, that house has been on the market for a min and now I know why. And it is over price for all the problems it has. And agree with you, I don't think the last person that was there was the owner, almost look like and eviction. But anyway the desk in the kitchen is just that a desk lol. I think some may call it a stationary, but it's basically a desk. And YES you are STILL moving to D... fast!!! You did a couple of quick stop and views, but that camera was still moving like a remake of a Blair Witch movie lol. Good video over all though.

I think that’s mold on that carpet In most of those rooms all around the baseboard better check needs new carpeting and an inspection first almost 20 years old something growing in there

You're right. There's cans of Damp Rid in some of the bedrooms. The stolen AC is why.
I've actually seen OWNERS remove things exactly like what you see but more. Usually it's when it's going into foreclosure. I've seen them take the whole kitchen! Im talking about cabinets, appliances and countertops. One of my neighbors in my old neighborhood, house went into foreclosure and she removed all the doors that led to outside. I'm talking about front ,back and garage doors!😅 The neighbors were shocked and laughing. A lot of times they'll take every last light fixture inside and out! 🤦🏾♀️ The house looks like it was built in the 90s more than the 2000s. I see a lot of potential. That space in the kitchen is a coffee bar/station.

Great showing thank you for posting... it's dated and in need of a top to bottom reno (but that can be both a blessing b/,c the new owner can redo to suit their tastes, or nightmare b/c dealing with contractors can be extremely challenging (one would not understand unless they have been through it). I love, love, love, a sitting area the primary.

the size of the home is great but the price will have to come down because you have to replace all the carpet and then put in another ac unit plus to have a backyard some trees must come down and a fence will be going up also a pool and a outdoor kitchen barbecue
Laundry rooms on the upper levels are issues that will surely occur. It’s a beautiful home, well maintained for the age.

Happy New Year! I'm trying to contain my excitement because this home is absolutely stunning, I have no issues with anything, the " as is " is okay with me. The front of the home is breathtaking with the four sided brick, the front door, the neighborhood is nice. Can definitely imagine myself driving into the driveway( although I don't have a Bentley 😅)
The bathroom and the walk in closet is awesome .The basement and deck is good. Would add pool and privacy fence .This home is just beautiful and the price is unbelievable. Here in California there is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo that's 660 square foot for $ 450,000 and located in the hood, bad area. In July, planning to attend conference in Florida, maybe can arrange to stop by Georgia. Will be in contact

It's a kitchen desk..They're considered outdated..😀 The blackness around the baseboards is a concern for duct cleaning..At this price point, the bedroom closets should have California closet replication..The wire shelving doesn't represent well..Was this a foreclosure or rental, that's usually when major items are removed ..

A lot of work needs to done to this house to bring it up too par.Replace all the carpet ,hardwood floors need to be stained and polished,deck needs repair and the whole interior of the house needs to be painted and flooring for the basement and that's what you can see.You'll probably spend upward to $100,000 to get the home where you need it.I hope the homes in this area are going for at least $750,000-800,000.
If it cost you 100k for cosmetic work, you need to fire your contractor and hire me. I could get everything you named done for less than 35k

It's a nice house but it's a little dated. They are going to have to come down on the price, 3 units will have to be replaced and the furnace on the inside
I moved from Ellenwood it was nice until after the pandemic. It's bad and they shoot a lot for no reason.i know where these houses are its a nice subdivision. However if you plan on going shopping it's the hood. They going to tear down Dekalb mall so maybe the area will change. Walmart is hood and u might get shot 😅. They don't power wash the stores and they look dated and they don't clean the selves in Walmart Kroger and publix. All restaurants have poor customer service well majority 😂😂😂
