This is seriously one of my favorite songs of all time. Growing up we used to listen to the Lion King soundtrack in the car all the time, and I would always make sure my parents didn't skip over Hans Zimmer's scores which were included, much to their continued surprise. If you look closely, you can see me get goose bumps during this piece: it never fails to move me in that way.
Hans Zimmer is just a god. If he is composing the music for a movie, you know it's a proper good movie

This song just reminds me of the good old days when I was a child not worrying about anything I just cry because everything was so good back then now my adult life all I have received is disappointment darkness loneliness depression I wish I could go back and embrace those moments to the fullest.

Pure beauty...
A few months ago I bought the sheet music and I am still practicing on it. This peace is amazing and it’s so much fun to play. I’ve only played the piano for around 1 1/2 years, so it was probably too early for me to buy it, but it’s a piece you get better through. I love the Lion King and its music and this piece really is amazing 😍😍 (but let me tell you, you have to cut many notes from it if you have rather small hands like I do😂)
