Hi. Is a bequest of the entire property (and not 1/3rd) of a Muslim allowed under the law if such bequest is made in favour of all the legal heirs?
Because it will create drift in their children relationship and islam wants to strengthen relationship.

मेरे दादा जी के दो पुत्र थे दोनों ही दादा जी के जीवन काल में ही मृत्यु हो गई। और दादा जी ने अपनी मृत्यु से पहले ही अपनी वसीयत 2002 अपने दोनो पुत्रों के बच्चो के नाम कर दी थी जिसमे दादा जी के एक मकान था उसके दो हिस्से करके दोनो पुत्रों में बांट दिया स्व छोटे पुत्र की पत्नी ने अपना घर बेच दिया था। तथा दो दुकानें भी है जो नगरपालिका के अंतर्गत आती है जिसके किराए दार स्व बड़े पुत्र के बच्चे हैं और दादा जी ने अपनी रजिस्टर्ड वसीयत में ये साफ साफ लिखा है कि मेरा स्व छोटे पुत्र की पत्नी वा बच्चे जिस मकान में रहते हैं उसके ही स्वामी होंगे अन्य किसी भी समत्ति में उनका की दख़ल नही होगा। तथा दादा जी का एक छोटा सा खेत भी है वसीयत के आधार अनुसार उसका दाखिल खारिज स्व बड़े पुत्र के बच्चो के नाम दाखिल खारिज हो चुका है।अतः अब 20 साल बाद स्व छोटे पुत्र की पत्नीकी नियत बिगड़ गई और उसने कोर्ट में केस पूरी प्रॉपर्टी पर कर दिया और उन दुकानों पर जो नगरपालिका की है अतः मैं ये पूछना चाहता हूं की दुकानें तो निजी संपत्ति में नही आती और जो घर स्व छोटे पुत्र की पत्नी ने बेचा है बड़े पुत्र के बच्चों को उसकी भी नोटरी है।इस पर आपकी राय क्या है।

I need your advice that after my mom's death on 23-april-2021, my father wants to acquire my properties by misusing the Mohammaden Muslim personal law. He said after the death of wife husband is only care taker. There is no right of child and he send me a legal notice. And my mom transferred the ownership on my name by gift deed in 2017. So plz help and suggest how may i defend my assets from my dad who is living with another wife as a live in..
As the property was gifted by her in her lifetime ,the rule of inheritance should not applied here (thus,Property cannot go in hands of ur father even by applying rule of succession/inheritance)

Mere do bete hain .apni sab property dono beto ko dena chahti hun.husband ko ya relatives ko nahi dena chahti .Is ke liye kya karna hoga. Dono bete U SA mein rehte hain. Aur bank accounts ka kya karna hoga. Please jawab zaroor dena.
