No. It's just a finding we see in many middle aged scans. We feel it's due to minor low flow. And usually doesn't have much significance. But meet ur neurologist to understand for urself based on clinical correlation

Usually the solution beyond 24 hours is neuro rehabilitation. Physiotherapy, speech therapy and cognitive therapy. But you need to approach a neurologist. If all neurologists suggest same advice, then go for Physiotherapy. Some recovery may be partial. Accept it.

After any stroke, 3 months ka vigorous rehabilitation program hota hai. Physiotherapy and speech therapy. Uske baad kuch log partially recover karte hai. Kuch nahi bhi karte hai.

Sir, my father is physically ok within 1 month of ICH, that means he is able to do everything independently and his speech is also fine. But only problem he is mentally misbehaving that means talking irrelevant things and doing irrelevant things a d getting hyper sometimes. Seems like he is getting mental. Is it normal? How can this be recovered?
Mostly it recovers. It maybe organic due bleed in one of the eloquent areas of personality. But show a neurologist for the same. Cognitive rehabilitation helps - meaning helping him enjoy his hobbies and remember his old things. And have patience after doing everything. Like power and speech improved this too can change with time.
Dr i was on beta blocker and anxiety meds for 13 years. Last year i left all my meds . I suddenly started having weakiness numbness and tingling in my left side of body. I got a nornal brain mri its normall. But due to weakness i cant do things lik normal ppl. Can this realy be a stroke that is missed? I met 30 doctors none are able to diagnose and help me. Thrombolysis or intervention is only possible in first few hours. Usually 4.5-6 hours. Occasionally 24 hours. So, after that medicines or rehabilitation are only ways.

Hello my friend. Surprised to hear this. Please keep in touch with your neurologist. Take good quality physiotherapy and speech therapy. Be positively motivated. Recovery depends on neuroplasticity and takes time. Be very positive, enthusiastic yet patient. And don't forget your BP monitoring and pills on time.
Also, this is a personal thing but if your wife left you because of your medical sickness then it wasnt a marriage. So, don't worry. It maybe for good. Of course I don't know complete story. So I shouldn't comment. But a relative shouldn't leave a relative due to sickness. Same condition can come upon anyone.
Finally after it settled find out cause for high BP at young age and rule out kidney or adrenal causes.
