The tier list is wrong, because Funky and Daisy should be S tier, as they have more weight than Baby Daisy and Baby Luigi, and more speed for the vehicles.
Well I think the important thing here is this tier list was made in the context of character bonuses, while ignoring the OP vehicle bonuses with Funky/Daisy. I didn't consider vehicle combos for this since Flame Runner is broken, which would skew this list so far towards heavyweights it wouldn't even be a needed video.
