I discovered the carnivore diet recently and noticed I was building less dental plaque. It's interesting how our diet affects our body.
Also, kudos to Dr. Stock for having Bitcoin art on the wall, pretty based.
So much THIS!!! Since I have switched to a carnivore approach to eating my dentist has been shocked!!
1. Hardly any plaque buildup between deep cleanings
2 Huge improvement in my gum "pockets". Areas of concern (we need to pull these teeth) are now within "normal" parameters and we are now just watching them.
3. NO new cavities
I hate flossing cuz putting my hands in my mouth makes me gag. Learned to use an electronic/water cleaning wand and only drink water now.
All of this has lead to a much healthier mouth and of course body!
Thanks doc!! So many people have said it doesn't matter what you eat if your teeth are going south there is nothing you can do. Nope and I have some healthy choppers at age 72 to prove it!!

Hopefully this comment finds the right person... My orthodontist from high school caused me to become a snorer, teeth grinder, mouth breather, etc. As an adult ( over 30) I had to correct it with the "DNA appliance". This device WIDENED my jaw and fixed all my breathing problems. I think orthodontists can be ignorant to the fact that jaws are too narrow. It really pisses me off that I had to go 15 years trying to figure out why I had sleep apnea.

Sports Research D3 K2 from Amazon. Been using since 2018 or so. I recently went for a year without flossing and when I did floss there was no resistance, no puffy gums, no bleeding, etc.when before I'd go a few weeks without flossing and my gums would be puffy and bleed
How much do you take? Do you think it’s from the supplement or the diet
I wish I had known about all this when I was 13 and got my braces. The dentist messed up my teeth and now I don't have back teeth cause he damaged the enamel of my teeth
True I had 12 cavities when I came home from my freshman year of college
