President Musiveni is the second Robert Mugabe in Africa. The more he's getting older, the more he's getting more wiser day by day. My advice to Ugandans is, Hold your President very well and value what Almighty God has given you. Is not about his age or how long he stays in power but is how well he does for Uganda and Africa. He really said it all in front of their faces. Bitter truth he says. I really love his speech 1000 %. I am not from Uganda but am African from west Africa.

The main blunder is trickle-down economics. This is a dangerous illusion because the results are in after six decades. The results are poverty, undeveloped infrastructure, unskilled people, mass unemployment, low wages, low Per Capita GDP, and export of cheap raw materials.
President Museveni is right. The transformation which he talks about was discussed in 1963. It was supposed to include change from raw materials to manufactured goods. Traitors are within.

Sovereign Indigenous Australia need to wake up too!
They were colonized too fast and now live in a country where Australia proudly maintain and preserve their neocolonial systems that benefit and serve everyone else except the Indigenous peoples of the Lands!
The 5 eye countries, The 5 English speaking countries and Europe have held the world hostage with their neocolonial systems, chopping and changing laws and legislations to justify their neocolonial systems that serve the Crown and the STOLENWEALTH!!!

I think he identified the main problem - neo colonial civil servants and government officials - who put blocks everywhere in the paths of local innovation, production and ingenuity. These are people who should be encouraged to emigrate, so that they can live where their hearts are. Then, the rest of the proverbial "lazy Africans" can get down, and work for themselves without hindrance. You might be amazed at how fast the so called "laziness" will evaporate.
