When I first started looking into my ancestry, I never expected to have something this cool that happened to some relatives! My 5x great grandfather was the Edward Wraight buried in the church yard, and my 4x great grandfather was the Edward Wraight that went on trial!
Blimey.
Ditto
Some big battles too in Wayfield Chatham, more modern era though😉.
Another excellent tale
Thanks ever so much
I enjoy your work so much. You give energy to what can be thought of a crusty old subject - not by me though. Thank you so much for your hard work and humour 😘
That is very kind of you thanks ever so much.
Thank you so much, Ben!! Brilliant work!! I really appreciate that you did this!
Not a problem it was most enjoyable. Any further requests do let me know
Very informative. One of my direct ancestors died in the battle
Thanks ever so much. If you look near the end of the video those who were killed are shown on a memorial at Hernhill church. Where they one of those?
@@crozieronstuff4006 yes William Foster
Edward wraight was my 5th great grandfather and was one of the unlucky labourers to be killed
He's my 5x great grandfather too! I'm related through Edward's son's (also Edward) daughter.
