You should have a "Around the World" Day where every meal you cook something you've never made before from a different culture, and you watch foreign films and play foreign games and celebrate all the different cultures of the world and you could decorate each room of the house as a different country. Maybe you could send the kids on a "around the world" escape room/hunt with trivia about different countries.

When I was little, every Friday we did a “family day.” We would draw the name of an extended family member out of a hat, call them to learn their favorite meal and favorite kids movie and then we would cook the meal and watch the movie!

You don’t need to wear different cultures attire or “costumes” to explore their food, music, different forms of art and to truly educate yourself about their cultures. I think that it would not only be a great learning experience for her and her family but for those of us who will be watching as well.
you could do Halloween! Every room in the house could be a different "house" that Flynn could go up to and say "trick or treat" you could also decorate the house like Halloween and find a costume that the whole family could be a part of. You could also invite Jessica and Christoper with the kids!

I’ve been a stay at home mom for 15 months now I rarely leave the house and it can get depressing, Lonely, boring. I haven’t been motivated to even get out the bed and watching this video and hearing you speak about doing something to be more productive helped me a lot... indoor camping day, make a massive fort in your house, invite the kids over and when you do smores tell them you have no marshmallows and then show them a video of miranda with all the marshmallows and maybe chocolate and gramcrackers and that will lead to another escape room!

You could do an Easter Day. When it was Easter, I remember that Flynn was just starting to kind of grasp the idea of looking for eggs and opening them, and I think it could be really fun for him and you, Eric and Cory, and maybe your other family too, to do a big Easter themed day and have a big Easter egg hunt. You could make sunrise rolls for breakfast and then have a fun spring/ summer time lunch and just be with each other and make even more amazing memories. You could also do a beach day. Play in the pool as normal, but you could wear leas and make a tiki hut kind of thing. build sand castles in the sandbox. Wear hula skirts all day long. Have some Pineapple and honey glassed smoked ham and Hawaiian rolls, with fruit kabobs on the side and fruity drinks. Maybe you have done these things before, but you could put a twist on them and make them even better and more extravagant than they were before. Love you all a ton. and thanks for just being you. you are all just so amazing and are huge inspirations to me. You are the best. PS. Flynn is probable one of, if not the, cutest kids/ toddlers/ babies that I have ever seen in my life.

I was just singing while sitting in a "meditation" pose and I realized I dont like actually meditating but just sitting here rocking back and forth with my eyes closed and singing really helps me relax and I thought I'd comment it to you since you mentioned meditation hasn't been helping you and to be honest if something isn't helping trying to force it to help will only makes things worse so I just wanted to let you know it's okay to change how you're doing things in a way that might actually help you.
