McLaren F1, Carrera GT and Ferrari F40 - my holy trinity of hypercars. V12, V10 and V8 also UK, German and made in Italy. Best combo I can imagine, but the CGT is one small step above two other for me... Honestly I'm in love in this machine since I saw it's review on Motorvision and Top Gear as a kid and heard the engine noise. What a glorious machine.
F50, Carrera GT and 765LT for me. Same ethos, V12, V10, TTV8, Italy, Germany, UK.

No shit. It’s not like they can go 80 kmh but just don’t want, right?
@@ACT_Super_cars the issue is they choose to ride on roads with speed limits that are higher than what they can ride at. If they chose to ride 25mph in a 25 mph limit it’s not that big of a deal but they frequently will be riding on roads with a 50mph speed limit and go way under.
@@ST5S5 so they should go another route ( which will possibly take them twice as much time) so that you don‘t have to brake down to 25 mph for max a couple minutes to pass them? Do you hear how egostic this is? I mean sure it‘s a problem if they ride on the middle of the road and don‘t let you pass but most of the time it‘s not like that
@@ACT_Super_cars any vehicle on the road is expected to maintain the rules of the road, which is best for everyone’s safety. If you can’t keep up with the speed limit you shouldn’t be on the road. Cyclists can choose another route or ride on sidewalks/bike paths. It’s like saying it’s ok to ride a horse on the highway because it’s the most convenient route. It’s way more egotistical to just expect everyone else to reduce their speed because you can’t go the proper speed.
I was out on track, as a passenger at Silverstone in a near identical car last week. My cheeks have only just stopped aching. Absolutely the most incredible drivetrain and engine sound.
One of the three greatest Porsche Production models ever produced along with the 993 GT2 and 997 4.0RS. All manual of course!!

Gorgeous video as per usual, bits such as the ones @ 3:50 or 6:04 are cherries on top, you're the best at those. Loved the camera angles, especially the one on the side. CGT is one hell of a dream car to drive, a true masterpiece and an engine you can't confuse with any other. This spec is top notch imo, gotta love the original silver paint (sorry I'm not THAT deep into the car to know the exact paint name) with cognac brown leather interior matched with that stick topped with such a... noble? eminent? knob. Anyways, all the best for you, can't wait for the next video already, you always get me so excited that sometimes I just rewatch some older videos of yours.

I mean, the CGT itself already is one of the greatest cars ever built but if u consider that theres never gonna be a better sounding car being built again, especially with a V10 it just makes it magic...

Great Clip! Bucket list car! Little correction: it was never a race car and was not built as a race car. Only the engine was planned to be raced in long distance (e.g. Le Mans)

it's a one of a kind engine design. It was literally designed for Le Mans and they would never do something like that again. Even at redline the engine doesn't even soudn strained or being under burden.

There is a difference between a Supercar and an exotic Supercar. IMO this is the only ever exotic Supercar that Porsche ever sold. The 918 is a Hypercar and whilst the 911 Turbo S and GT2RS have supercar performance, they imo are not exotics. It's also the only ever V10 Porsche. A tiny flywheel means insane throttle response. It's just different to all other Porsches.
EDIT: okay there is the GT1 but those are rare beyond rare.

Thanks man and yes even on hill start I simply realised the throttle and no clutch, feels weird and so tempting to use the clutch but had to force myself not to haha
