    This is a short guided meditation to listen to when you are feeling jealous. You may be feeling bad because other people have more than you, or they have things or qualities that you want. Never have we had more, and at the same time, wanted more!
    This meditation will help you to step into the jealousy, learn what it is telling you and help you move towards gratitude and self-acceptance.

    Thank you. This was Helpful and got me in a much better mindset. I liked the Waterfall part.
    I dislike being jealous or envious. It's due to fear and insecurity I think. And there's no need for me to be like that. It is a horrible feeling. So I wanted to nip it in the bud. I don't want those negative feelings to overshadow the good. When you said about having gratitude for something. I had plenty of things that came to mind. Which humbled me and made me tear up. Like there's no need for me to be envious or jealous of anyone.
    So thank you for making this video and meditation.

    That helped me a lot. I often find myself comparing my life with others'. I keep thinking others are more productive and that I am just lazy. This video made me realize that being caught up in jealousy isn't going to help me in any way. It would only make things worse. I will come to this video every day until I finally let go of jealousy. Thank you very much:)

      Exactly how I feel; I just had a big birthday and felt depressed and anxious because I feel like I should have accomplished more by this time. It's a difficult feeling to maneuver.

      That's wonderful. I'm so glad it is helpful, thank you for sharing. I have certainly found that often I *feel* jealous even if I know it is irrational and not going to help me in any way. And when I'm really struggling with the feeling and meditation isn't quite cutting it, doing something physical with intention (like going for a run or even dancing round the kitchen) really helps me to release it and let it go.

      Of course I don't know your background or situation, but something that has been helpful for me is the quote "comparison is the thief of joy". And knowing that anyone else who would have been born in my shoes, with the same brain, body, parents, friends and environment would have turned out exactly like I have. I have done the best I can up until now, but that's not to say in the future I can't learn more, be more and do more.

    Wow. I feel so grateful for this meditation. I went to bed jealous and angry last night, and I woke up feeling just as badly. I decided to face these emotions and search for a meditation geared toward jealousy, and here it is. The waterfall really is a lot less noisy and painful now. Thank you.

    This was so amazing I can't believe it. I struggle so much with letting go of jealous thoughts and I end up beating myself up for how I feel. This really helped me calm down, acknowledge the thought and then let it go. It made me question where that jealousy stems from and I now know what I need to work on.

    I hate being jealous it’s not me and it feels bad but sometimes I just can’t help it . I’m glad I found this video because it really helped

    I listen to this meditation periodically, because sometimes jealousy just eats me up, and I don't like this feeling. It hurts, makes me say bad things, behave not nice towards people. Jealousy can destroy everything if I allow it to rule my life. Saved to my favourites to come back in my tough moments.

    Her voice is very smoothing! 🥰 I made it through the breathing instructions and then I fell asleep, but guess what happened? When I woke up, I felt so much better! Like calm, centered and just at peace with myself and the people I was jealous of! Thank you wonderful lady! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I was so sleepy and listening to her voice is so relaxing and soothing I meant to listen to only a 5 min guided meditation but I went into the most peaceful dream state. I gently woke up to her voice saying ok now open your eyes come back to the world.....oh boy that was so peaceful an hour and a half of pure peaceful sleep. One of the coolest things I've ever experienced. Waking up to the gentle sound of her voice bringing me out of the meditation ❤❤❤❤🙌🙌🙌 oh how I needed that peace. Thank you ❤✨✨✨✨✨✌

      @@TheOneLifeSchool ❤ I was so half asleep when I posted it I didn't realize that my words came out that way. I really enjoyed you meditations and I will def be enjoying more. It was honestly really relaxing... Thank you. It was super cool to have u bring me out of my dream state :)
      I've only had 2 other experiences where I woke up from my dream state. 1 was a pure beautiful liquid form and a voice said be happy Brooke I woke up to (a happy message from beyond :) ) and the other one I came out of a colorful tunnel.
      I mean they are all hard to explain without sounding weird but they were cool experiences for me and now I have my 3rd cool experience :) thank you. Special ❤✨✨✨✨

    That was amazing, thank you. I feel removed from the jealousy now, and more calm.
    Also did this meditation outside with the sun on my back 🥰 so the part about stepping into the warmth was so perfect.

    I loved this meditation 💙
    It genuinely helped me get out of my head and see things truthfully and rationally. The only thing I didn't like was that you didn't account for jealousy of a another person. Only material possessions, money and status. Just something to keep in mind. It definitely is a way of feeling insecure and jealous. I had to visualise a lot for myself, which wasn't bad though but still. x

    Good and helpful meditation video. But the fact that you could hear the person swallowing and breathing kind of disturbed my focus and kept throwing me off.
