Becoming a D4 // An Update on My Dental School Experience

- 🦷🧠 Well folks, this has been the longest stretch without a CZcams video from me since I started the channel. It has been an interesting couple of months, but I am back and so happy to be able to update you again on my life in dental school. Once you begin treating patients in the clinic, the stakes of your life become so much higher. I have experienced this shift over the past year, and it has greatly affected my upload schedule on CZcams. Rest assured, however, I still love this channel and believe that we are only in its infancy.
In this video, I update you on how my D3 Spring semester finished, my summer, and the beginning of my D4 year. I also look ahead at some of the fun content which will follow my life over the next couple of months. My people, we are really close to the end of my dental school time. There is so much left to do, but I promise you the time will be gone before we know it!

Hey Stephen! I'm an aspiring dental student, and am planning on applying this upcoming summer. I feel like I relate to you a lot on many levels, and I have really enjoyed watching your videos. Watching your videos and seeing your journey through dental school has made me even more passionate to become a dentist. love these videos man, I just interviewed at UT a few weeks ago and my tour guide was great (Hayden Rash) during the tour, I was Geeking out. I told him how I watched all of your videos and how they’ve really inspired me to try even harder in school. The whole time I was like “dude if I see Stephen, ima freak out” thanks for all the great content

I'm a dental student at a dental school Germany, also in my final year and will finish dental school in May if everything goes well. I'm in my final year of dental school as well, it's kinda scary thinking about what's still to come, but a friend of mine recently said "it's scary in a good way"
Scary in a good way is really quite true! I think at the moment I feel nothing but excitement for the future, but there is still so much to do so I’m keeping my mind even on all of that. Thanks for your comment and continued support, my friend. Finish strong!

Great video, how do you have so much discipline and manage your time so well, any tips?
I’m honestly not the most disciplined person out there. But I will say my key to getting things done is to take everything 1 day at a time. If you start thinking long term about things you’ll get overwhelmed and you won’t get anything done. 1 step at a time and start knocking things out!
