Its depends on date of Incorporation. If business incorporated in the month of Jan and Feb, then business must be registered with corporate tax before 31st May, 2024. Different Different last dates given by Authorities.

Yes
For sole establishment companies CT registration is only done if your annual turnover is over 1 million.
