Primordial are well known and respected among metal fans and yet somehow also massively underrated... how are they not everyone's favourite band? i swear i leave them for ages then come back and i'm asking myself "why dont i listen to them all the time?"
U2 appeal to the masses. Bono IMO is a pain in the ass but people like their style of easy listening, bland music. Primordial are too controversial for general Irish consumption. People still hold on to their traditional ways which Primordial are against (Catholism) but as a fellow irish person I think they're amazing

I saw a documentary recently that featured these guys. They had some live clips that sounded decent but the sound quality was poor. Now I that I can hear them clearly...wow. I've got to hear more. Awesome shit!
