- I have had migraines for most (all?) of my life. In this video I share about what it is like to live in a car when having a migraine, and what I use to help myself (including a Cefaly device).

Gosh, this just made me cry because I have suffered from migraines since I was 12. I feel the the exact same “feeling stupid” or slower and sensitive on top of being in pain suring my migraines and people always think Im overreacting. Praying with you❤

You poor baby!! Four days is a long time to suffer a migraine. I had them most of my life from 13 yrs old until perimenopause. I know what you mean about not being able to think. Mine were ocular so sometimes if driving I had to pull over because I couldn’t see for a couples hours. Sometimes went almost blind. Then I’d throw up on the freeway and feel better. When I went on bioidentical hormones, I never got another one. Yes I think there are multiple triggers environmental, allergies to food, etc. Hormones rule though. Take good care of yourself and it’s good you’re eating well. Todays Sunday, hope you are better today and most of California is gloomy so that good.
I’ve only had ocular like twice - so scary, also had to pull over before it passed!!
Another van dweller, Wanda on Wheels, has a video about living with menapause and staying cool while in a van. She has good tips. I had migraines all the time until after I went through menapause.
