    The Tiger Claws Turn In exercise is derived from the iron vest training technique, and it focuses on developing strength and control in the hands and wrists. This exercise is designed to enhance your power generation and dynamic tension skills.
    To perform the Tiger Claws Turn In exercise, start with ten repetitions and gradually increase the number to 36 for optimal results. Begin by extending your arm and bringing it across your body, opening up the Tiger Claw with strong tension. As you rotate your arm outward, press the knuckles against each other, pushing inwards, downwards, and upwards. The key is to maintain dynamic pressure while rotating the fingers inwards and stretching the wrist down and up.
    As you progress, you can increase the speed and intensity of the exercise, always focusing on maintaining tension and control throughout the movement. Remember to start with ten reps if you're incorporating this exercise into a complete program with all nine power exercises. Build up to 36 reps to maximize the benefits.
