I am already staying in this area and it is overcrouded now. The water level is depleting fast, traffic is unmanageable. This is going to be next marathalli in coming day. I already own a flat in this area and planning to buy a flat away from this place.
I agree with you on these points, and this seems to be a problem with several areas in Bengaluru. Let's just hope the Govt. does something to improve the infrastructure around this area. Hopefully the road widening and tendors Govt. is floating for water suppliers from private vendors picks up, very low probability though.

I was told that other charges attract a 18% GST. But I am not sure about it. Might 12% as well.
GST is not 18% on any real estate unit. It is either 1 or 5
GST on real estate is 1 or 5% only as mentioned in the video. For amenities and other charges charged by builder it’s 12-18%.
