    💙 Question? Do you like macrame keychains? Should I do more tutorials like this?

      I have a question. Do you think if I increased this pattern to 11 threads it would fit a lipstick? I think I might try it. I’ll get back to you if it works nope just realised it has to be divisible by 4 so I’ll need 13 threads

    Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial! I just started macrame and of ALL THE MACRAME TUTORIALS...you are the FIRST to simplify the description of alternating square knot! Just by simply saying, "take 2 cords from the square knot above and 2 from the other" FINALLY! this helps me immensely...especially when making larger projects...every now and then I would have a screwed up row and then it would have thrown off the rest! I will definitely be watching more of your videos, thanks again!! 😊

    I just had carpel tunnel surgery, but when I am better I am definitely going to make me one of these. I carry around Chapstick all the time, and this looks perfect for me. Would make great gift ideas too! Thank you for sharing.♥️♥️♥️

    I love this! Your instructions are so clear. After reading other comments I tried one with 36” and that was way to long so then I tried 30” and still to long. The next one I will follow your measurements. Thank you for sharing this.

    I do not see the link for the macrame cord that you used. Can you please post it? Thanks.

    what is the measurement of the cording? I mean what width/? is the actual cording? thx

  • @loritrujillo5833
    @loritrujillo5833 Před 3 lety +1

    9 cords at 24in long folded in half seems short. Is each cord 48 in. And when doubled it is 24 in. Long. The cords you're using look long the 24 in?? Cute project just curious about the lenght of the cords.

    • @SimplyInspiredbySheena
      @SimplyInspiredbySheena  Před 3 lety

      💙 Hmm I believe I measured that correctly. The entire chapstick holder measures 7inches in length and all it is, is 5 rows of square knots. Feel free to add more length if that makes you more comfortable...it’s always better to have more than not enough. Let me know how it turns out ☺️💙

    How would you do this with two colors?

    • @SimplyInspiredbySheena
      @SimplyInspiredbySheena  Před 3 lety

      💙 You can always switch up the colours when attaching the larks head knots. That would look so cool!
