Being a victim of rape & a traumatic childhood, it seems to me that she hasn’t processed her own trauma. I hope she gets some therapy to address this so that she doesn’t seek male validation. I quit OF when I realised it wasn’t empowering or a big FU to predatory men like I thought it was; it was just me trying to hold on to any sense of self worth I had left. I see so many women go down the same path I did - Elle included.
