Interesting video, but 90% of these gates seem totally pointless.
I see the lack of safety measures in some of these doors. Safety as in to prevent human related accidents (like the quadrant rotation door. It looks fully mechanical so someone not paying attention could get hit.

Great piece of technology
Um, yeah...those pivoting doors. You realize that they take up the same amount of space as a door that hinged (or even pivoted on the end) as a notmal hinged door of the same size, just some of the space needed now is taking from the inside of the structure? Plus, if you have a lagrer doorway becaause you wanted a larger door, you end up losing a good chunk of the door width due to distance of the pivot from the edge of the door.
Also, that rising fence gate (the rake-shaped one) must have some very beefy motors, since they don't seem to have counterweights balancing the weight of the gate/fence...you do know how leverls work, right?

n40798 there are sensors that stop the door from moving if anything is blocking the sensors, just like a normal elevator, and it looks fancier

Pivoting doors are stupid. They're all about ego. You're pass-through space is what people care about and these giant doors don't give you any more pass-through space than traditional swinging doors. Now, if someone invents a giant swinging door that you can pull some pins and option it into a pivoting door that would be pretty cool

Brilliant Solutions? Are you serious? Brilliant?? They are trying to invent the wheel again. This are all options of existing solutions that have been invented already many years ago.....The garage door option for two cars at the end for example is a bad solution (its sucks to be honest) and the reason is simple: It takes too much space away from the parking area itself. There are other options way better and cheaper and the effect is the same. Change the topic of this video. Make it:
