You should talk about how AutoZone employees are vastly underpaid and CEO Bill Chodes makes millions and millions every year off stock buybacks during a recession then gives employees measly 10 cent yearly raises.

Terrible experience. Needed a part for my car and your website said it was in stock at a store in my general area. Drove all the way to Urbana, MD only to be told that the part was not in stock. The young kid working said it "happens all the time" and he was very rude. When I asked who was the manger he said he was. No apology or explanations - just "that's the way it is". Never offered to try to get me one on order or anything. I won't return to a business who repeatedly can't keep up with their own inventory or even worse says they have stuff available that they don't just to get people into the store - classic bait and switch scheme.
