The Mueller community is a master-planned community totally unique to the rest of Austin. Located just off of i35 only a few miles from downtown and the Austin airport Mueller has easy access to many of Austin's most important areas. It has its own mini downtown with a town center including an Alamo Draft House and countless restaurants like Halcyon, Colleens, B.D. Riley's Irish Pub, L'Oca d'Oro Italian and so much more. The Mueller community offers generous green space including Mueller Lake Park, a community garden, pools, kid's play areas, and walk and bike trails throughout. With midrise apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes, Mueller is clearly one of the best neighborhoods in Austin Texas.

Mueller is honestly a beautiful neighborhood. But as someone who rents and lives on the east side just up the street 1.3 million is crazy.

Those houses are built on the old airport site, sitting on land full of toxic diesel fuel that can cause cancer, COPD, asthma, heart disease.
Wrong, the site was completely tested for environmental contaminants prior to beginning the development. A few locations were identified, cleaned up, and accepted as clean by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ). I suggest not making statements you know nothing about.
