The HOA fees will be very expensive.
Everyone's going to want, but few can afford. Wow!!!! in-unit washer and dryer for $500k ... Amazing ... 1260 sqft for $1.2 million ... 1785 sqft for $2.6 million ... INSANE!!! ... This will end badly ... People are delusional ... The view is nice though ...
It's not for everyone. I believe they have their target market. That's actually not a lot of money for those with the means. Some people might just buy it as an investment.
Great example of the housing bubble inflating! Can you imagine spending over $1 million for a two bedroom condo in just a decent section of Austin? 😂😂😂😂 I guess there’s a sucker born every minute.
Thanks for the comment. Totally hear where you're coming from. For buyers out there, I'm certainly hoping prices come down too. Condos in that area are still selling in that range. Five two-bedroom units have sold for over 1 million in the last 90 days. Great if you're a seller, not as great on the other side.

I was in the building it has ventilation issues and you can’t open windows, my guess it will develop mold and may already have indoor environmental issues.

That is a good rule of thumb in general. Wolf Ranch - Yes Berry Creek Highlands - Yes Rancho Sienna - Yes Teravista - Yes Downtown - No (generally)

Mueller is honestly a beautiful neighborhood. But as someone who rents and lives on the east side just up the street 1.3 million is crazy.
Sad to see Golden Rule picked as your favorite. There are many restaurants in and near GTown that are much better. Nice place for Happy Hour -- dining, not so much.

@@alexrevard Wildfire, Blue Corn Harvest, 2020 Scratch Kitchen for starters. For Tex Mex try Dos Salsas. Tony and Luigi is nice for Italian. All of them are better than GR. Trust me.

Progress stops for no one.
Those out-of-towners have driven up Georgetown real estate prices, and with it, the equity in your home. They have also spent money in restaurants and local shops, thereby adding to shop owner incomes. And the sales and property taxes on what they've purchased have allowed the city to spend on schools and services to improve your community. That's the way the economy works. Count your blessings. There are plenty of towns in America with declining populations and shrinking economies. That's misery.

If I lived in Austin, I’d choose house number 3. I like the space inside and out. Being from the rural Midwest, space is important. But I’d rent the others for an air b n b during a trip.

Lol. You get a “quality of life score” of 49. Incredibly low compared to many other places in the US. Even the north Dallas suburbs have quality of life scores in the 80s….The hype over Austin was one big gimmick.

Thank you for the video! I choose suburbs) . I think about moving to Austin but the summer heat frightens me. Haha) Alex, do you like hot weather? Are you used to it?
That makes sense most people do. I don't want to sugar coat it because the average high is 90 or over from June to September. On a positive note it is very temperate the rest of the year. I do feel used to the heat, certainly gives you a great excuse to get out in the water! Feel free to message me (email or text) if you would like any help as you consider!
