I have books and have watched many videos but yours has to be the best explained and most useful on this subject . Thank you for taking the time to make the video its greatly appreciated . Regards Gav.
Great, Great, Great tutorial. I wish I had watched this tutorial series when I started my first miniature painting. This is the most clear demonstration for nmm I have ever seen.
Another superb tutorial. I'd love to see how you tackle the same colour marines as a standard colour rather than a metal. In particular, it would help to see the difference in your sketches between non metal/standard colour and NMM.
Hi and thanks for your comment ! I will probably do something like this in a near future, maybe not for all colors but just one or two to show my process. Cheers !
The tutorial is amazing! Congrats! You cannot stop watching the video! :) How much time do you spend painting the whole miniature in this way? Many thanks for helping us to improve!
Like your work! 😍But I am looking forward a black green armor tutorial like the GW version 40k lion. I think a darker green is more suitable for dark angels.🤔
Hi ! Then you can use inks (over a green scheme like ine the video). A mix of green ink and dark blue ink can shift this scheme to a dark green like Dark Angels
Hi ! It is briefly explained at the end of the video but not shown. The idea is to complete the whole scheme as described in the video, then you add another step where you apply a thin coat of green+blue ink, everywhere but on the places where the primary reflections are. It is similar to the "re-saturation" step i describe in the red or yellow video, but with a different ink color
I feel like I ripped you off by watching this for free. Seriously amazing tutorial
Ha ha, no worries, it was the goal, thanks ?
I pay for some Patreon’s that aren’t this detailed…well not anymore 😂😂
Without a doubt some of the best tutorials out there.
Absolutely brilliant.
Thanks a lot !

Hi and thanks a lot for your comment ! It usually take me between 8 and 10h, but it can probably be done in less time with a bit of optimisation

Excellent work! I wish you could do a black armour at some point with your technique. Black templar fanboy here hehe
Thanks a lot ! Yes, it is planned to do black and white later in this series
@@merlinsmagicworkshop9192 can't wait!
What mixes of colours did you use for the glazes?
For Dark Angels I don't understand the changes :/

Hi, Heavy Green is not available any more. Can you recommend me an alternative?
Hi ! I think there is the equivalent color in the standard Vallejo range, but I dont know the exact reference
: )
Thanks !
