So cool! I lived in Switzerland from 1977-1979. Grandfather was from Steinerberg, Kt Schwyz. We lived in Walchwil on the Zugersee. I could see the Rigi from my bedroom. Miss this place!

As an engineer - designing and building those houses at the top of the mountains would be the ultimate challenge. As a pilot - it would be totally worth it just for the flight there - the views are fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

Looks beautiful. You should come out here to California and fly around Lake Tahoe. That is beautiful mountain flying along with flying around the Mammoth ski resort area which is south of Lake Tahoe in the California Sierra Mountains.

Thank you :-). People hike up and down there as a challenge. And it is a Bed & Breakfast. So there is a helipad for delivery. One can buy "houses", but those are for hikers & climbers

How is the cost of aircraft ownership in Switzerland tax wise? Down here in Greece the government makes it near impossible to own an aircraft. They did not permit me to bring my kit built Velocity when I moved here. The only EU country that has issues with home builds.

I really envy you. You see some spectacular scenery from the best vantage points. Not to be religious but seeing views like these you have to believe in a higher power. The only place I come close is I do have a motorcycle.

Fantastic scenery and interesting terrain. I always worry about mechanical failures when I'm landing away in a remote location. What on earth do you do if you have a problem in some of those remote mountain heli ports?
Call for help :-). Switzerland is small ;-). And we have a back pack with survival equiment :-)
@@GyrocopterGirl I was thinking more about what you do if your chip light comes on and it's not a faulty sensor. Recovering or repairing the transmission in any of those locations is not going to be easy :-(
