@@keeramitrokli5486 Yes, with a 31 day cycle you are absolutely within the healthy range. A good questimate as to when you ovulate using a basic calculation based on the average luteal phase length - you would minus 14 days from 31, giving you 17. Although, I have another specific video on Predicting Ovulation by tracking your cervical mucus, so check this one out and let me know if that helps you at all.
