Great quick paced review. Think Imma go with the Caline multimod. Looking for a small flanger to velcro to a battery powered katana amp

The e-level is overall level on some effects, and mix on others.

Thanks for watching, and weighing in. I love the way that videos become (through the comments) a random collection of additional useful tips from users and viewers

Weird that it thins it out so much. Thank you for the great video. 👏🏻

Glad it was helpful! It's in my bass pedalboard for students and they are having fun with it and finding uses for it, but it's not the most excellent of pedals.

Nice demo. It has that typical cheap pedals from Amazon sound. The controls look like they go from 0-100 pretty quickly. Lots of great budget stuff on Amazon but this isn’t like Joyo or Flamma quality.
agree that the auto wah sounds fine. I actually had a donner auto wah and it died suddenly after 5 years of light use. Sounded good while it lasted. Kinda put off Donner over the last few years. Seems like the quality just isn’t keeping up with other cheap brands.
There are definitely better affordable multi fx pedals in the price range. what good is 16 fx if only 2-3 are useful?

basically agree with all your points. the Donner was an outlier as far as the gear I typically buy and typically review... to the point where it was a curious emotional experience (unexpectedly) making this video. I realized pretty much all the reviews I've done have been for gear I've been more impressed with, so it was an unfamiliar feeling talking about something that didn't impress. I bought the Donner under very particular circumstances: I was looking for a cheap effect for just one song, and I bought two things in a bottom basement price range to A:B them. Once I had it, I'm like "I guess I'll review it!"

I have one, when i combined with other pedals efect boss etc.. the sound of this pedal so low compared when it swicth off / not use. What do i need to make it gain up?

I hadn't noticed that. I have it in a chain with about 5 other effects. hmm....

can you clarify why? like was it recording volume? talking too fast? EQ? I was born with a cleft lip and palate so while I dodged the speech therapy bullet as a kid, that most kids with clefts have to go through, I dont always have the best diction; it's something I struggle with. But I take it as a win that I've faced up to self-criticalness and routinely make videos where I have to listen to myself talk repeatedly as I edit.
