No I would love to see a club style Dyna or FXR. By far a great performance and great handling bike. Look it up. Not many Build series of them.
A sportster built as a scrambler. High pipe, knobbies, dirt bars, dirt bikish seat. Maybe some USD forks from a drz400 sm or another bike.

Just discovered your CZcams page yesterday and so far have BINGE WATCHED 12 episodes of the Metric Bobber build, freakin AMAZING, I can’t stop watching it, after I blow thru all the episodes I’m gonna watch the Harley Bobber series, absolutely love what and how you are building the bike, very therapeutic to watch
Cafe racer would be cool. A modern interpretation of the British Nortons and Tritons from the 60's would be great!

A Cafe bike would be my choice. I've built a VTwin sport bike with a Honda VTR 1000, and my Bobber was a Yamaha XV1100. The Cafe is an iconic bike, but don't get too far away from the sound of the engine that you like the most, Cafe bikes should scream with attitude and rebellion. Your series is AWESOME by the way, I'm just sorry I hadn't found it sooner..!

Hey Man! Taht build is going pretty well!! Just a quick advise on the license plate holder. I bought 3 of those within the last two years.(And my riding season is pretty short here in Canada) They keep breaking at the bracket that holds in the shaft. Since your pretty good at fab, I would recommend you to thicken or to beef it up instead of a spacer in between.
(Not to mention that I don't even have added weight like a tail light on it)

Really enjoying seeing you build a rigid frame 4banger,also the more hands on is great,love the lines the machine is forming. Just only thing I could see was the gusset between back home and down tube is not pretty,really pulls the eye and these neat lines high light it,maybe cut it out and weld in a pretty custom gusset(spelling may be off)enjoying the series and keep up the great work✊💪
Agreed. I noticed this a couple video's ago. I think you mean the gusset under the gas tank. I'm going to see about replacing it with a nice clean round tube. thx for watching out. MP

Flip the top triple tree mount upside down and it may lower the front just enough. I got away with doin that on my xs when I hard tailed it.

Great work as always. Question though, are you going to screw in the 4 Fender bungs at the front of the fender like you did for the struts? If you weld them wouldn't you be unable to remove the fender if you wanted to? And next bike cafe racer.

1 month late but I figure I might aswell reply. He has a "timelapse" video on his channel of this build and he mentioned about it costing around $4000. From what i gather he did this build on such a budget to show that you can create something this nice on a tighter budget.

I'd never ignore you guys =-). But as stated below, after I asked in the video I thought I should also ask the Patreon Patrons since they have money invested in this build to win this machine. The results from video comments were very close between #1 and #3. But overwhelming for #1 with the Patrons. But guess what...I now have to go with tank #3 for this build because tank #1 that I have has the wrong petcock and the correct gas tank won't be in until after June. Ugh! It's still a fantastic gas tank. I'm stoked!
