It's a wonderful machine. When I first heard the tune at the end I groaned but it's great when your busy or in another room to let you know that the washing is done. Can't fault how it washes but wish it explained how extras work

@@dianeharrison4975 it’s actually pretty fantastic and it does everything a washing machine is supposed to do. My favourite is using hygiene steam at full 90 degrees and the glass hasn’t shattered yet.😂 Btw just be careful really hot temperatures make the colour a little less bright.

Thinking of buying a samsung washer dryer. I have other samsung products and I love samsung my product of choice. Are samsung washer dryers reliable do they dry your clothes thoroughly? Do they last quite a few years?
I used this machine for the first time today cotton wash it changed the time from 1.27 to 2.56, what wash can I use that wont adjust the time or is faster thanks
I have LG washing machine in stainless steel grey silver so sleek and its got a flat back door .. just the dial not working one on side so changing but upset.cos they have A rated with same price paid for my lg 9

That has happened to me on a couple of occasions. Usually when I used quick wash or delicate setting. But I just added an extra spin and drain. I’m not sure why it’s happening all the time for you. Maybe adjust the number of rinses and spin level to see if that helps ?
I have this same machine, i bought in last week and the drum (not sure if that is what its called the spinning steel thing and the rubber) is very loose wobbly is it suppose to be like that? I am just worried if its like that brand new - after 100+ loads it will be completley loose and start shaking/wobble like crazy? Please help thanks!!
also when its it its spinning/ washing mode it shakes quite badly at (1200 setting) with pads/feets on the bottom installed that suppose to eliminate this issue, I have video that i put some stuff to show, if possible I like to show you to see if this is normal, if not. I only have 20 days to return this so its quite important. Thanks :)

You just have to set the dial to drum clean setting and press start. It automatically alerts you after about 40 washes that you need use the clean setting which is what your machine has done. You don’t need to add any cleaning product. The machine will clean itself on this setting. I think it’s quite a hot wash so be careful that any young children do not touch the glass door as this gets hot.

Terrible terrible machine. Old Bosch was way better than this crap. Do not buy, it doesn't wash clothes properly and takes 3-4x the time of an old washing machine like Bosch. Save yourself the headache and cost.

It’s 72db sound level. I’d say it’s fairly quiet. You can have a normal conversation and not have to shout over the sound. Hope that helps.

That doesn’t sound right. I think you should contact the supplier and explain the issue to them.
