      Reasons why life isn't good in Serbia?

    • @user-my2cf1ss8x
      @user-my2cf1ss8x Před 2 lety +9

      Basically a lot of people in Serbia are comparing the standard of living with Austria, Germany, Switzerland etc. Compared to them there is a big gap and we are obviously in a less favourable position.
      Yet the world is bigger than just western Europe and the situation is therefore relative. Compared to other parts of the world and Serbia's history, it is overall not bad. I personally feel safe and even more free than in the mentioned western countries where I lived for years.
      Nature is nice in Serbia, but the consciousness of the need for preservation is just starting to evolve.
      Life in Serbia... overall I would give it 7/10.

    • @pegajeremic
      @pegajeremic Před rokem +1

      Of course. We Serbs are Slavs who moved to the Balkans at the beginning of the Middle Ages. In the Balkans, we mixed with many other peoples (natives, Greeks, Hungarians, Bulgarians, Turks and many others) who lived there or passed through as invaders. That's why we varied a lot genetically.

    • @dragankostic26
      @dragankostic26 Před rokem +2

      There is distinction among north people and south ones, mainly by phenotype. Reason is clear, sun work differently. Another reason, but not the main one, blond hair and blue eyes are genetically product of pair of recessive genes, so both parents need to have same pair of genes to transfer it further. When You consider dark in Balkans or even Italy and Bulgarian people, Serbs are still on the lighter side.

    • @Lomnjac007
      @Lomnjac007 Před rokem +2

      1. It was in the middle of the summer and people are working half naked, I guess you understand summers are much hotter 1500km south of Chechya...
      2. The little kid wathing the goats is a Roma kid by the looks of it...
      3. Depends on the regions, but Serbs are greatly mixed, there are rarely blond people but as you saw in Gucha segment there are some.
      Usually there are 2 most distinct traits in people here, Slavic, medium build and height, ligher hair and eyes, and Dinaric, very tall, bigger in general (Serbs are 3rd tallest nation on the planet Earth, Dutch and Montenegrins are fighting for the 1st place just above 183cm average while in 2013. our average height was 182,3cm) with brown hair and eyes.
      4. WHAT Middle eastern look? Short? Black haired (and a lot of it)? Brownish skinned? Eagle noses? NOT ONE trait of that was seen in the video!
