Thank you for explaining your step by step process in such detail, including the level of paper dampness and consistency of your paint! I am new to watercolor and learning on my own with videos/books, so I can't tell you how helpful it is to know these things. Thank you!!
You are very welcome Randi, and thanks for your message!
I loved your video. The details were so precise (like how thick the consistency of the paint should be). I am going to try this out and see what I can do.

Thank you for the upload. The driness/dampness/wetness of the paper and the consistency of the medium are always a challenge for me.
You are welcome Sachie! In this style of watercolor painting, I use just a bit of water. Have you watched this video in real time yet?
No, I haven’t, Rebecca. Could you please send me a link?

An excellent tutorial. thank you. I have been an art instructor for many years but this is one of the best teachings I. have met. there is a thoughtful and intelligent balance between experienced practical technique and a generous sharing of your inspired intuition about colour and form and the control of the medium, using a minimal but essential number of colours. Well Done.
what fine brush do you recommend for carful controlled detail please?

Wow the details.. the patience...
wow ok it should be done now... Nope, more steps.

wow
Thanks!
I’m back again! Is your Burnt Sienna a red or brown pigment?
I believe it is brown.
I'm just curious, but why don't you use black paint instead of the blue? Is this just preference or is there an exact reason?
Albert, I've learned that you can create so many different kinds of greys and blacks with this combination of blue and brown - so much more than if using straight black.
👍🏻👏🏻🥰
Thank you!
