Father and Son Push through Nervousness!

  • Congrats to another one of my beloved recruits for passing his initiation test into The Cave of Adullam Transformational Training Academy. During the physical module of his test, Tamarkus gets nervous because of the crowd. However when I exposed that nervousness in this case was not legitimate, he responded in power! His 55 year old father also walked courageously through nervousness as well because he had to execute pushups with his son on his back (sonups). I absolutely loved his response when I asked if he was going to do the pushups. I pray this clip encourages fathers to continue to push through the unknown for their families. #SavingBoys #NoExcuses

      It does....
Black men have been led to believe they are not/can not be leaders...and that leadership has consequences/reprecussions, so there is avoidance...and that failure is a sign of weakness so there is avoidance, and the goal of life is to get a job to buy things, not lead people, so there is little focus on developing leadership but a loud cry for leadership (shouting down a well, only hearing an echo).
These are some of the barriers I have observed over my travels and encounters.
As Mr. Wilson and others are doing, boys need to taught beliefs and understandings that counter current Black Culture expectations.
The practice of new beliefs and skills of self knowledge, respect, and defense will produce the kind of men needed to reawaken the leadership gene for the protection of the Black mind.
The software that runs the processing used by most Black males today is loaded with viruses, Trojan horses, bots, insufficient memory, no expandable slots, and very few males seek upgrades or patches for the programming.
They are ineffective robots programmed to be weapons of mass destruction with prime directives written in NOT to harm the engineers that created them.
The engineers designate Black people as "successful" after Black people have been observed and measured at completing the rigors of training required to support the functions, production, and maintenance of the engineer's machine.
What have the engineers allowed "successful" Black people to be successful at? Is it leadership?
What does successful Black leadership look like and where would it take the Black collective?
      You make the call.
      -Cheers

That young man's mobility and balance are on point, too. He's squatting ass to grass really fast, multiple times in a row and his feet don't move an inch. Doesn't go onto his toes, no heel raise, nothing. Dude would be a killer in the squat rack. Man, y'all remember what it was like to just do whatever with your body without thinking? Those were the days...

@@Replica_Films2000well I would strongly recommend taking care of your body in a proactive way rather than a reactive way, now, while you're young. I waited until there were problems before I started to focus on my health and longevity, and I wish I'd started at your age. I'm 35 and I was absolutely bulletproof until I was about 29, and that was when the shit started hitting the fan.

The bible predicted Hitler sacrificing millions of Jews on Satans altar which came to be true only instead of an altar to Satan it was an altar to Zeus so you should think twice before asking for strength from him. Look it up.
