Joe you are right ( it ain't gonna happen) 1st the Knicks don't have the pieces and 2nd neither the Pistons or the Rockets are interested in moving said players. THE REAL WORLD DOESN'T OPERATE LIKE PLAY STATION GAMES.

We have two rookie bigs one 6’11” the other 7’1” that we just need to develop. I hope we keep what we have. We had Duren and we traded him.
The Knicks already had Jalen Duren. Never should have traded him away on draft night.
Knicks don't have to make a bad trade. In my honest opinion the team can compete to any other team in the NBA. Knicks need two big body to block shots and clogged the lane. Jericho Sim can do the job for while, until they get a big center in free agent.
I like Sengun from an offensive standpoint, but he needs work on defense. After a breakout year, the Rockets would be selling high if they chose to trade him. I personally think Sengun is staying in Houston. Duren is definitely a solid player, but not a clear upgrade over Robinson. Unless the Pistons plan to start Paul Reed or Isaiah Stewart, I doubt they're going to trade a young starting-caliber center. I think the biggest issue you touched on is whether the Knicks even have the pieces to acquire either player. Fun ideas, but not super realistic trade targets in my opinion.
Hey Chris. Yes I have a hard time believing that the Pistons or Rockets will want to move on from their young centers.

I think duren has a much better chance than robinson of developing his offensive game. His improvement from a 61% ft shooter to 79% is a great sign of progress on a decent shot.
That being said I don't see how the pistons trade him for anything the knicks can offer.
Pistons are not trade Jalen Duren they are trying to trade Isaiah Stewart

This is insane...the knicks traded there entire draft capital for a role player, and what are the knicks going to offer the rockets?.....I would ask for at least 6-7 1st picks, which they don't have and you guys are stuck with what you have or for Jalen Brunson that is it.
