Hi Love your channel. You are very friendly!! I wear braids and wash my scalp 2 weeks. Take down every 2-3 months. I give my scalp 1 month break, then I braid it back up for another 2-3 months with scalp washes in between.

Just that you can't see it growing because your ends always breaking off.
Number 1 thing a lot of black people don't know yet is that you must keep your ends treated daily. Your ends need to get stronger. Please pass the word.

For my healthy haircare routine, my sweet spot is 4-5 days. Mainly because I’m doing wash n gos now, and I can see why they grow out hair. The moisture. Dry hair breaks so if you can minimize dryness, you can retain length.
That’s life changing because I realized, washing my hair most often keeps it moisturized so much longer than I don’t have to do a “re-moisturizing” day.
I’m done with hair extensions. I tried to do them and my hair and scalp hates it.
Your bun hairstyle is absolutely beautiful! It’s elegant, simple, and you can dress it up and down. I wish my front pieces were longer, but I’ll be trying your idea in your other video to crochet the two front pieces with braiding hair.

True, water washing between full day washing is what I've been doing.. lm presently trying to get past shoulder length, it's tuff to do w fine 4C hair.. I would love 2C a mini twist styling vid..
