Just to clear things up about the Netherlands 🇳🇱..Duch is the language, and Amsterdam is Ciry. Most people also refer to the Netherlands as Holland. I've been there 25 times, land I'm not even Dutch! 😅😅

Amsterdam is a city in Netherlands. The people living in The Netherlands ( Holland ) are Dutch. The Netherlands are the parts of Holland that were originally under water, which have now been laid dry and are now utilized space and no longer sea bed. Those parts of Holland are called The Netherlands as they are lower that the sea level. There are huge dykes that keep the sea out of these nether regions. ''Nether means - beneath or lower ''

The wrap carriers are so worth it! It feels likes clothes so you can leave it on and pop baby in and out very easily through the day. Takes a couple of days to get good at it, but it's worth it to persevere! Same with breastfeeding...it can be so difficult and painful in the first couple of weeks, but then you stop getting sore and it gets so much easier! It's so worth getting support from an expert in the early days of breastfeeding too (we have help from our midwives here in NZ - they visit every couple of days initially). Sometimes there are things causing the breastfeeding not to go well, but can easily be corrected in the early days with some support.
Luckily our hospital had a reputation for really good lactation consultants!! And there are lots of community resources here outside of the hospital too. Hoping it will go smoothly! 🤞🏼🙏🏼
Love Sundays and getting to hear all your baby updates. Great and practical gifts from your fans. What has helped me w/ acid reflux pregnant or not is 1-2 Tbsp. ACV (apple cider vinegar) mix w/ 1 tsp. baking soda. Then add water to about 12 oz. of water and sip through a straw. You can slowly drink it throughout the day. It is natural and works like a charm. Some ppl drink it 1/2 hr. before they eat and or an hour after they eat. Just wanted to share what has worked for me. Some ppl use fresh lemon instead of ACV. Whichever works for you.
We’ve been doing ACV + lemon water the past few days and it’s pretty good!!

I had the same thing that she had and my son had so much hair so I honestly believe that you guys son is going to have a full head of hair so please let us know if I’m right about that but honestly it doesn’t really matter! The baby is going to be beautiful no matter how much hair he has. Dave please give your beautiful wife a kiss on the cheek for me, one mother to another!!!

Why?
Almonds throughout the day, pickles after carbs, and middle of the night apples helped my reflux for a while, but when a friend told me about Gaviscon it was life changing! Reflux was truly one of the most difficult symptoms to endure.
That gift with the nursing items is so perfect. I wish I had one of those catch cups back in the day. Milk stains.
Pretzel rods are the only thing besides popcorn, rice cake that helped me with acid reflux

Loved Tash’s Amsterdam Netherland Dutch questions 🤩🤣pregnancy brain is real haha. Don’t we all have lots of ways - I’m a New Zealander, I live in a named city which I may be referred to as either of those, then we are commonly called “kiwis” (the fruit here is called kiwifruit not kiwis as for you, we are named after the flightless bird which is one of our icons). So Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands and the people of these places are Dutch people. It’s a named derived from a place that describes people from there like Californian etc. it’s Monday morning here, thanks for waking up my brain! 😂
