I filmed this video at 36 weeks BUT I am now currently 37 weeks and 1 day (as of today June 5th) and my due date is now only 3 weeks away đ Hope you guys enjoy. Uh, who is packing all of that. I donât even want to sleep in the hospital. Iâm not trying to get too comfortable.
Iâm going to be real stingy too, cause hospital bill ainât cheap. Give me all the free stuffs.
To mamas currently pregnant and watching this video for inspiration. Donât get too drawn into the comment section. Pack all you want. Overpack if it makes you feel better. Whatâs the harm? There is none.
Enjoy your pregnancy. Enjoy getting ready for the big day. Go all out. You deserve that and so much more.
It feels great to reward yourself after 9 months of carrying. Yes, baby is a reward. But other things can make you feel good too.đđđđ
Everybody keep saying â you canât eat â your going to be there for 2-3 days at the least ... yes you can eat .

You canât eat right before and right after c-section. C-section is a surgery. You are never advised to eat right before a surgery.Vaginal birth is different
@@auroraautumn8764 you canât eat before vaginal birth , and after depending on whatâs going on with you . Like I had high blood pressure I couldnât eat right away .. but the stay at the hospital in general you can eat , so you can still bring snacks and stuff
@@PluggedByAmber yeah they probably mean that , but then itâs like some ppl telling her not to bring snacks because she wonât be able to eat them .. but she will .

Yes their skin is very sensitive and it actually stops them from breastfeeding effectively..... the perfume masks the scent of the milk
Iâm a second time mom, but due to pregnancy brains totally forgot the thing about using scent free products until you mentioned it! Thank you!
I am not taking all that stuff to the hospital it just depends on your preference. You are there 2 days top so I'm taking 2 outfits for me one after birth and one to leave in and 2 outfits for my baby and a blanket whatever the hospital provides I'll take it.

2 days is typically the minimum lol, but you can take whatever you want its your hospital stay
Some are there for 4 days, it could be more if there is complications
You never know. My first delivery I was there for 4.5 days. My 2 others I was there for almost 3 days but mainly because I had high BP. So you never know.
So grateful for this video and that its not one of those god awful over branded/product advertising ones đ€Šââïž iâm 37 weeks with a baby girl as well!!! Woo hooo!!! đžđŒ

Sheâll enjoy them during postpartum or whenever the doctor says she can eat.
I just noticed this was posted yesterday and now I feel really late Iâm 38 weeks and just got the bag packed lol I loved this video made me notice how much I was missing đ
I had the same reusable pads from Amazon. They were horrible. I would be out, and my nipples would literally be leaking through my shirt. I ended up just using the Lansinoh because I felt that they were more absorbent.

bring the pillow! it may seem much but its a great little comfort you wish you had if anything just leave it in the car!
Once you start labor most hospitals don't allow you to eat any food. they allow ice chips ,liquids , hard candy if things are going well.
Good to know... thanks for the tip :) ! But the snacks were going to be for after I deliver, so I will have my own snacks not the hospital snacks (especially if I deliver in the middle of the night & have not eaten for hours) đ
Sari Vega yes girl, the snacks will defiantly be good for your partner or you after birth but they donât let you eat before just invade you have to go into surgery. Iâm sorry

Thx the sharing, Iâm currently packing my hospital bag as well. Whereâd you get those purple bags? And the clear one too. Purple is my favorite color too, thatâs a great idea to have all of the post partum needs in one bag. Iâm the same way with fabric on my skin, I still canât figure out which brand of reusable breast pads I should get.

I just wanna let you know you may want to skip the perfume if you plan to breast feed, for a week or so, because if you donât smell like you the baby may not like it. Same with any nipple creams, some have scents or essential oils that are not the best for the baby to get to know you.

You can eat hard candy while in labor. You can even drink green tea\ other clear liquids.

If the hospital allows snacks ,some do not allow outside food
I ate right up until I was in labor but I only stopped because by that time the contractions were hittingâ and I didnât want anything.

ForeverNiqueMoenae I was thinking the same thing. Donât need perfume, that many nipple pads, socks, and also needs to wash it before she wears them dresses, donât need nightgown cuz sheâll be wearing hospital gown lol. But hey sheâll learn after.
Itâs not about learning, in my view. Every pregnancy will be different. She might not be able to use all these things for this pregnancy and find that she needs them for another pregnancy. Either way they are not wasted. You take them with you to the hospital (if you can) and you take them back home to continue using them.
I also find it rude, when folks say âoh itâs your first time, you will learnâ
Canât us Mamas just enjoy the process without all these negative remarks.
Iâm a minimal person (miser), Iâll pack the essentials and Iâll spend on those essentials because I see them as a treat for this beautiful period. Almost like a reward for my hard work.

Honey once those contractions start your not gonna be worried about how you smell. I would not pack perfume. I dont think they will let you eat those snacks .
