Double Castles, a Storming run up the Lickey Incline!

- I got to Vigo bright and early and secured one of the very limited spaces on the foot crossing. More and more people turned up as the weather took a turn for the worst in the Lickey Hills, wetting the rails and making this a spectacle not to be missed. As the rain held off, the castles became audible long before we could even see them. Enjoy the sights and sounds of this incredible climb.

Has to be my all time best steam train spot. Typical the real thing didn't go quite as well as my practice shots but I'm quite pleased with it overall which is rare haha. Good to see you again, see you around.

It's just by where the B road crosses under the line about ⅔s up the climb. I expect to be there as well!

They were absolutely bombing through Stoke Priors weren't they, preparing to run up the bank. I did see the class 40 tour but just as a blur from another train. Thanks for watching!
