"Hello, this is Microsoft. We accept payment in Apple gift cards"
"I'll send the apple computer to microsoft" is what slew me
It's just word-salad at this point LOL.

@@JDOG714 that was a hint hahah
This guy is amazing! He is managing the victim role, the bank teller role, the effects machine, thinking for both parts, listening to the scammer, trying not to laugh, all at the same time. RESPECT!!!!
AND coding a fake Apple gift card redemption screen during the call. Crazy.
Respect . The guy is God. Thank you for doing it for all of us.
He is a really good actor!!!!
Technically, he was formatting text. HTML isn't a coding language.

Needing you to buy Apple cards to pay off a debt to Microsoft is absolutely ridiculously hilarious
only computer illiterate dinosaurs fall for this shit
Common sense wasn’t able to login to the chat to begin with…
I never would have thought of that, Thank you, I'll pass this on
The sad thing is, old people don’t know these things and fall for it… ofc people like us who know about technology or different companies wouldn’t fall for these obvious scams
I find it hilarious how easily the scammers accept different amounts of money. Imagine if you actually owed Microsoft 14,700 dollars and they went "eh, you only got 10k? That'll work"
Super accurate accounting 😂
Their greed supersedes any logic
i know what youre trying to say but often when you owe large sums of money like this companies will accept a lump sum payment which is less than owed in favour of nickel and diming you for years through collection agencies. i am 38 and have probably saved over 5k in my life offering to pay out money owed in a cash lump sum. it costs you nothing to ask
And that too wrapped inside a paper foil. LMAO.

The mental capacity required to simultaneously act as 2 people having a seamless conversation while keeping it realistic and not messing up AT ALL, all with a scammer on the line and also answering his questions naturally is utterly insane. This man is a genius.
Any good liar can do that.
tiggerbiggo Remember that part of Kit’s tactics is just to drag the call on as long as possible to waste the scammers’ time but trying to annoy them too. So basically he has to tolerate the curses, insults etc. because if he wanted to scream at them he’d end up finishing a lot of the calls much faster.
This is one of my favourite parts of his calls. It adds so much credibility to his side of the call.
It's like the story of Mel Blanc doing the voices of Bugs Bunny pretending to be Daffy Duck and Daffy Duck pretending to be Bugs Bunny in a seamless conversation with each other. It made him a legend in voice acting. This is one of the things that makes Kit a legend in scam baiting.
Six Impossible Things Not only that but he also is quite advanced in terms of technical capabilities and overall knowledge, and quite humorous too. There are probably only a handful of other scambaiters with all these capabilities combined. I’m glad he is on “our” side

the point is that they’re trying to rush them. Being angry or threatening makes people act rashly, which is good for the scammers. they can scam people by being nice, of course, but it’s both slower (giving the victim more time to think) and requires a lot more skill to manipulate someone that way.

The people who get talked into doing these scams believe that this is their job, that YOU are taking THEIR potential money away (and theoretical money since you're wasting their time) lol. It's great that people are starting to catch on to the scams and started wasting their time (and that older people are either becoming wiser to it or are dying out and aren't falling for it like they used to).
I honestly think they justify their abhorrant behaviour thinking we are all "greedy" in the west. They have no conscious as they view us as greedy, spoiled and entitled. However, I don't see them giving their stollen money to help those in their country. All I see is them living it large, spending money on a luxury lifestyle, one that their victims could only ever dream of. Their culture is to have the utmost respect for the elderly, funny how they have absolutely no qualms trying to Rob a 77 year old western old man. Sorry no other word, complete and utter bastards!!!

Unfortunately, my grandfather fell victim to a scammer recently. We are sure what exactly happened, but we know he sent photos of his ID to these people. Luckily he mentioned it to my dad, and we stopped him from engaging further. Thanks for what you do, Kitboga!
Not sure if you've done that already, but there's software/services that can check the internet to see what of his personal information is floating around and where. Since sometimes, if the scammers can't get money from their victims directly, they sell the personal data they collected/stole. Since it was photos of his ID, that might open your grandpa up to identity theft. This stuff is also generally good to report to the police (via the non-emergency number, or by filing a claim online with their fraud department/the responsible government agency) so IF someone uses your grandfather's identity to do anything illegal, there is a record that his personal information has been compromised.
I'm glad you and your dad were able to catch the scam and cut it short before things got worse! These fraudsters will often take advantage of elderly people who are not very tech savvy and don't know how incredibly advanced the techniques these scammers use have become :( it's really gross and predatory (especially considering a lot of these elderly victims live off pensions already and don't have a lot of money to their name). Wishing you and your grandpa the best!

I have a genius idea how to find all those call centers! You just need wireshark, geo-locate their IP and a bunch of seismographs. Let @Kitboga call them, give the rough location to the locals, install the seismographs and around the three to four hours mark they can measure the eruption of the scammers. "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat." - Sun Tzu.. and also Bill Gates.
Ahshhshahahhs
Yes. Microsoft loves to purchase apple products. 🙃😒
a 1 trillion dollar company as of 2020 is to poor and they go ask few gift cards to buy some stuff and coffee
😍
So…..In the course of dealing with my husband’s cancer, I’ve spent the last few days in a deep funk, and then you crossed my screen last night…..and now, I’ve binged on you for an entire day …so between you and my handpan music, I’ve spent the last day either drifting in a zen like state while playing my pans, or totally laughing my butt off with you. Thanks so much for the laughter….I really needed this … and….by the way …. You’re REALLY flippin’ good at this!!!!!! 🤗🛸🎶🦋
I've never seen these videos and I was diagnosed with bone cancer and it sure has lifted up my spirits during chemo. I'm an older man and I never seen these videos that make me laugh so hard and my wife has to scrape me off of the floor. Are there other videos? Sure is good medicine for my current illness that is so painful!!
"Are you a dumb man?"
Bruh you literally transferred $15k instead of $300
Next time put timestamps too
Thank you
I mean, not literally.
A way for the FBI to find scammers:
- Check the dislikes of this video
haha
That's funny, but it might also be because the video is so long.
@@MundaneMuser people who can't or won't appreciate the "set up" and character development should be in jail anyway so the suggestion is still very much valid.
@@MundaneMuser no
@@ledfloyd9035 firstly, thats not valid reason to dislike video.
I love that Microsoft's preferred method of payment is Apple gift cards.
When that scammer "asked" you 'Are you done?! Are you done?!' when you were giving advice and not willing to comply to give up thousands of dollars, after the threat he made....
That gets under my skin so bad... I wish karma was real.
How you keep your cool and do the lord's work here... amazing.
"Steven, Steven, I mean Bill"
Haha he forgot his own name
That was very funny, lol

We don't talk like that to customers in the state of Alabama. LMAO
your channel kinda weird man...
“Mr. Manager!” 😂😭😭😭
The work that goes into scamming the scammers is amazing. Keep fighting the good fight.
I love when he tells them they're acting like a little boy.
He does that because I heard that the men absolutely hate being called a little boy, it really does fire them up.
Great-Grandma Gwendolene
Most of them are young AF
Yeah apparently it's one of the things that triggers them the most lmao. so he always makes sure to say it
"i am a little boy and i need money."
I hate it when he brings his own "god" scam into it.
I think Steve was 99.99% sure he was gonna get that $10k in gift cards. Must've been a nice 8 minutes for him.
So hilarious how he starts swearing in hindi when he realises that he bought the computer
they're all him. clearly fake. not funny. redundant. waste of time. he's the scammer and he's wasted our time.
@@quack420 lol go back to complaining on Reddit about it

“That’s a little bit of a story, there, Steve.” 😂😂😂😂
Pure genius. Thanks for doing such a great service to protect the vulnerable.
“Is he your son?”
“Yes!”
“Oh God no.”
Mayhem ensues...
