  • How to do a colon massage:
    If you suffer from constipation, bloating, or abdominal pain, be sure to save this for later!
    Start with big circles on the abdomen in a clockwise motion.
    Then go to the bottom of the left ribs and do small circles with medium pressure down to the left hip. Do this for 10 passes.
    Repeat the previous step starting from the right ribs and going across and down. Do 10 passes.
    Then move to the right hip and do small circles with medium pressure up to the right ribs, across, and down.
    This is called an I Love You (ILU) to the colon and helps to move things along!
