Cool water showers are amazing for hair and skin, but I would add that you should lotion up before drying off. Your skin will be amazingly soft after making a habit of doing this, because you get even more moisture locked in. This actually fixed a dry-skin phase I went through last year.
The only thing I didn't understand was the advice not to use parfume before shower. I mean who does that. Parfume your dirty body first and then wash all the good smell off 😂 who does that

I have sensitive skin and I use cocoa butter to shave my legs with. I get a closer shave and it's moisturizing at the same time. Also it's a way to shave last minute wherever you are, for example, a quick shave at the beach to ensure completely smooth & soft legs!

I keep my hairbands in a little mason jar so I don't lose them, and the little hair elastics in a tiny resealable baggy from Muji that's supposed to be for eyeshadow applicators. My beauty hack for hair is only shampoo your roots and put conditioner on the bottom half of your hair so you're not stripping and drying out the length of your hair every time you shower
