Level linking level binding level merging yes... One of the main aspects of idle games but yeah gotta see how the scaling goes hopefully you do a video on that too eventually showcasing the scale diff gap between just a synchronized character vs. actual leveled character through materials and limit breaking.
I'm so glad Nikke has implemented this feature from other idle games, I love it! It allows us to test or fully max any character as soon as we get them, no need to start farming mat and exp, just keep 5 units maxed out, and the rest will automatically follow suit! :D
Other idle game apply this before Nikke just so you know🥴

You'll miss some base stats upgrade from LB but it is a better alternative than not being able to use undups unit at all.
If I'm not mistaken the act of limit break gives some extra stats so synced lvl 140 will be weaker than lvl 140 after level break but it's still good if you can't get the dupes.
If it copies other idle game mechanics it should be 2% stat per limit break.. will see after release..
I'm just here to say: The Yu-Gi-Oh background music is such a sick choice. I love it!

So basically the resonating crystal from afk arena im glad they added it makes our lives a little easier in regards to the dupes even though we may lose some stats from the limit breaking

My question is about the usability of the low tear units. In most gacha (with rare exceptions like Arknights) low tier units become quickly obsolete and the player tries to stuff their team only with highest rarity units, leaving the lower ones in dust. Was there some type of content in the versions of the game you`ve played so far where those low tier units could be used ? Be it some sort of afk resource gathering, or specific maps limiting which units you can use etc ?
I noticed you can use them for stuff in the outpost. Maybe there's more plans for those units.
Valor Legends taught me about this in 2020. And since then, Among Gods, Memento Mori, and Darkness and Divinity are all games I've played that also did it. Seems to be becoming a gacha standard at this point.
I have a question, when you limit break a character it gives you pure atk, def, hp and augment the lvl cap, but does the synchro device gives the synchro characters the pure stats gained with limit break?

Funny enough I played figure fantasy and yes the system will alleviate a bit of wall issue but next wall is about getting actual specific unit to get past some stages since they have meta units and are strategy + formation + skill based to counter enemies. And then limited characters being super hard for f2p to get, hopefully no "top guild" shenanigans here, I wish its not "get good or get bored" kinda deal with idle games here in Nikke.
I have two 3star ssr, so... should i put these two with the other three 2star sr's in the sychro device as the main?

How do i change the character where they are giving the levels. Its using my level 80 summer aris but i wanna use my level 116 rapi
this is really helpful for those who dont want to pull on gacha and blow all those crystals to dust. still the problem for me is the materials. a player really needs to farm a lot. ive decided to reset all SSR i have to level 1 just to level up all my SR team to 90 going to 100 slowly.
I'm not sure if it's still the case, but during cbt 2 doing this was great but didn't give the synced units the same stats as actually being the same level. Just a warning for later progression. Syncing my Sugar to 120 didn't have the same stats as actually having her level at 120.

@Anderson Santos Yes, however my statement was a test I did AFTER limit break. So that shouldn't affect anything unless synced units don't have limit break considered.
@@Taristu48 it's possible that synched chara stats have priority over LB in game, somehow.
That seems to be my experience in every gacha that has this mechanic that I've played
so i don't use SSR until I get 5 of my SRs to lv 160? I'm now struggling on leveling the units because i dont have enough battle datas

Yea most games with idle functionality have this. Did it in the walking dead all stars recently too
very good guide ^^, so technically you just need 5 character lv 200, and it is do able because when you dup blue and purple you get point to trade for a list of 9 ssr currently, and if you pull 5 of those 9 and farm point slowly you eventually get 5 character ssr lv 200, and from then on all other ssr do not need dup ever.
So, I invest for SRs first, then Synchro them to the SSRs, then reset all the progress on the SRs and put them restored materials to the SSRs?

Hello how to change the lobby or how to change the Nikkes on the Lobby
late to the party, so by only maxing 5 units, the rest get their benefits. so the rest would be missing just the little bit of stats for the star upgrades ? how does this compare for your lvl 160 or 200 unit if she was no star vs 3 star vs I think the max is 10 ? they will be lvl 200 yea, but what about the extra stats or is that just not needed?

how were you able to get so many materials to get them to 160 all of the 4 rest members of your team cause im at that chapter you are but i havent gone a signle character to 160 and my most rn is 93 lvl

One question : from your example at 4:08 => Your Scarlet is sync with Rapi (lvl 149/80) ; then if you decide to reset Rapi, will Scarlet be affected as well (lvl 1/80) ?
then Rapi wouldn't be the one who's lvl is being synched, it would be the newly fifth character with the highest level.
your five character with the highest level are the ones being chosen, and the lower level character amongst the five is the one who will be synched to Scarlet.
So for example, now that Rapi is reset, Alice is the character you own with the highest level. Scarlet will be synched with her.

Yeah so just like figure fantasy where if you really wanna progress and you are not lucky enough or do not have enough pulls and dupes for the SS characters. The SR are enough to get you thru most of the early to mid game until you can use and have enough dupes to use the SS characters.
Does this only work for one unit at a time?
There is a synchro slot so if the base game gives 5 free slot it can follow your top 5 highest character for the said synchro slots.. When you see the video there is 5 free slot so you can have 5 at a time
So only level one unit? Then synchro a party?

Do dupes just increase the Nikke's level or do they affect skills or anything else?
Dupes increase the limit break stats.. if it is like other idle games it will be 2% per limit break.. If you synchro you wont get the bonus per limit break

I was waiting for the game for a while, but haven't watched any game-related content untill last days (except those sreenshots that were at taptap pre-reg page). And I feel really sad because of nikke is basically an idle-game, most shitty type of games (usually it's even hard to call a game, lol) based on what I've seen. Not even something like Destiny Child, but a ******* idle-game. :(
Still gonna try it with hope that nikke somehow way better than others idle-games.

The fact that you need Dupe to get higher level means this game is hard for f2p. But this mechanic is viable and can help us in campaign. But As always, we can't compete in pvp

the level link and reset+refund mechanics remind me of Memento Mori... which I just quit for this game
This level cap thing is bullsh.t. Every other game allows you to bring the lower rarity characters to the same max level as the “shiny” chars. This way even the “blue” and “Purple” characters get used in the late game content.
The ga cha system implementation seems like the worst thing about this game so far.

All you need to do for the SR character to reach 200 is synchro it with 5 SSR this has a mix of afk and tactical fps gacha so it maybe weird to you..
