- I did this as a part of celebrating getting Twitch Partner a while back. I hope you enjoy these highlights from the run, it was a long one. Sorry if I sound a bit dead at parts, I got very exhausted later into the run.

It's comforting to know that even speedrunners get hit by -spawns of satan- primal aspids.
Primal aspids where created by team cherry, along with the watcher knights, to make everyone want to commit suicide
seriously though i've tried the watcher knights like 50 times with the chandeleir and 7 health and the second to last nail upgrade with shaman stone and upgraded soul thing and a bunch of other stuff. It's such bullcrap. I hate the watcher knights, it's the last dreamer before hollow knight and it makes me depressed.
@@turkeylegs1343 yea, dreamer knights are bad, but you'll eventually get them, also, get all the lifeblood charms you can, mostly Joni's blessing, not being able to heal doesn't matter as you don't got time

@mozamioo _ wow yeah when I was doing it for the first time I found it by accident and decided I should try it and I didnt know that it was the POP and I raged so hard I nearly broke my controller😆 then I looked up how to do the secret area in WP then found out it was one of the hardest challenges in the game then took a break from POP after I tried it again about 16 more times then after the break of course first try I complete it

I didn't realize at first that this was a condensed edit of the run and I was seriously losing my mind trying to figure out how someone could have gotten all achievements in 31 minutes lol.

@@selloutguylol I killed him on my first playthrough (I didn't know he could be spared) and felt bad about it so i started my entire save over after like 50 hours on it and almost about to fight radiance for the first time just so the nailsmith would be alive.
I love how most of the run was "wait i haven't committed enough mass genocide yet"

I have a hard time enjoying videos in games where I haven’t achieved what they’re doing. So I spent 100 hours getting all the achievements in the game to enjoy this 30 minute video!

I am at 60 hours and have 111%, the only thing i havent done is beating pantheon of the knight (which means i havent done pantheon of hallownest yet). So I havent beaten pure vessel and not encountered flying nosk and sisters of battle

When you are so good, to get the hunter's journal achievement you deliberately go back to colosseum instead of being really bad and dying in the colosseum many times so you have to kill them a million times anyway

The first time I tried Steel Soul, I decided that I’d do a shade skip, completely forgetting the fact that steel soul is perma death. Worst part is, I was in a call with my younger brother and some friends who proceeded to make fun of me for killing myself in steel soul

I’ve been 100%ing hollow knight for the second time and until recently I didn’t realize how awful the hunters journal is
they really should've accounted for the fact that there are way fewer leaping husks and mosskins in the game instead of making those enemies have the same requirements as the much more common enemies. honestly if they just lowered those two it wouldn't be nearly as bad
As a person who wasted their time to get all achivements it really is an amazing feat to do
This truly is one of those games where I wish I could just delete my memory of so that I can re-experience it for the first time again.
Never been so excited over a video game related achievement as the first time I got "Embrace the Void".
working my way through godhome truly felt like I were ascending to new heights in terms of skill and ability, as I were steadily climbing the pantheons, overcoming new challenge after new challenge until I were able to challenge the very sun itself in a staring contest, and win!
Playing through the regular game after that just isn't the same anymore.

You should do a completionist run in one speedrun (normal mode, steel soul, _and_ godseeker mode) all with the completionist requirements.

Skurry, the only person to apologize for not bowing to Seto. That's how you know he has respect.
Notice the advanced strat Skurry uses on 9:43:23 in the run. If you listen really carefully, he says "I don't recommend anyone do this run ever". This is a technique that prevents other contestants from challenging your time. A subtle one, and executed flawlessly. He perfected it on his 46 hour low% run, where he intentionally pretended to be tired and even "took breaks to sleep". Truly a god gamer.

I lost 15 hours into a steel soul play through because I fought some dream bosses and was waiting for the stupid show keeper to get back to his shop, so I tried washer knights to kill time and forgot they aren’t a dream boss. Then I watch this and skurry does so much more and in less time lol
