Too good....i have been always confused about it whenever i find this type of sentences but now i am absolutely cleared only because of u a big thank you😊😊😊
correct me if i am wrong but we cannot use having with cold,fever,toothache etc.(which you are using here) instead of that we use "have/has" like "i have a fever" or "i have a cold"/"he has a cold" .we don`t use "having" with the sentences in which we possess something like we can`t use :"i am having a car":instead we use "i have a car".
